06 F350 Blue smoke

I have a 2006 F350 with the 6.0L Power Stroke. For the past year it has been blowing blue smoke both at idle and traveling. This happens when it's cold or very warmed up, in cold weather and warm. Now it is starting to idle rough as if it's mis-firing. The truck just turned 100K. Do I have an injector problem? I'm looking for suggestions before I take it to my local truck shop. I don't want to spend alot of money on diagnostic work before getting to the problem. The truck definitely is noticeably lacking power now as well. Any help would be appreciated.
