Running quite a but late today guys. Went to a CHL hockey game last night and didn't get home until almost 11:30. Starting to get hard to wake up at 5 after staying up so late.

pat, we tried to paint colors that would easily sell without any work. I am looking to sell and move on in two or three years.

 

Morning Miles. Have a good time at the game? You should be able to sell that easily, but it depends on the buyers choice. A lot of people (my wife, for instance) always want to change everything after moving, so it may not matter.

 

The game was good Pat. The Colorado Eagles won 6-3 over the Odessa Jackalopes. I think we can make a little money on the house in the end but probably not if the house stays pink and fluorescent green.

 

I haven't been to a game here in a while. We have two pretty good teams. I need to get to a game one of these days.

I'm thinking you're right about the pink and green!

 

The Eagles only have 4 more home games so we are getting a few more in before the playoffs.

 

How's the weather out there today? It's even better today than yesterday! Still going to take til June to melt all this damn snow!

 

48 right now with a 9 mph wind. supposed to make 52 today.

 

Nice. I'm hoping we hit that this weekend. It's about 39 now.
