Well the service manager never did get back to me Friday - Saturday.
So I called the dealership Saturday morning and spoke with the weekend service writer.
The service writer, said, ya the mechanic was installing the tophats.
I responded, okie so I doubt the alignment will get done today before I leave for out of the area come noon-time.

Heck no! Steve.
I believe the last thing they have yet to tackle is the alignment with the 35.4" tires.
Saturday they supposedly installed the tophats behind the rims, so the out-set is now a given.
I wonder how much experience they have setting wheel alignment from scratch as I doubt there are any book numbers to adjust my van to suit these tires?
Quigley even gave me an alignment spec sheet, so that the techs would have in-hand the numbers for my van with stock tires, being that the 4wd conversion made that much of a difference.
