My 1st race of the season is in April, and I need to finish the motor, purchase and weld in the roll cage, purchase and install new gears, finish transfer case swap and make new crossmember/brace for the t-case, dyno tune the motor, and re-flash stall converter. All in all about $1200 in parts, and another $800 for the day at the dyno shop. All while I sit here broke as can be.

That's a chassis deal. I'm talking about a whole day on an engine dyno to tune my race motor. It takes a bit of time and is more accurate.
