All in all I'm very impressed with the Raptor, especially with the new 6.2l motor.

The only negative aside from black having orange/red inserts is the 5.5' bed. My 04 SC has a 6.5' bed which is perfect with an over the rail tool box.

Just curious if anyone has heard any rumors/photos of plans to offer the Raptor with a longer bed?

Also, would you all care to speculate on aftermarket lift kits/bumpers...

 

Doubtful....the longer wheelbase goes against the off road aspect of the truck

 

I saw some pics of a possible border patrol model and it was std. cab with the 6.5' bed.
I would want that over the supercab and 5.5' bed.
