If my aging memory serves, the big F1 (or is that F100) truck and car show at Micke Grove in Lodi should be coming up. This is usually a great G2G!

If it is happening, I may have to wash, shine, and finish up a few things on my truck. I doubt I will enter it, but the drive alone would be fun.

Anyone know more about it???? Below is a photo from a previous one.

 

Hey Karl, post up the date and I will see if Tina and I can make it over the hill for this. Last time we came out it was fun. Maybe afterwards TigerDan, AndyM and olfordsnstone can huddle up to a campfire again and howl at the moon with a little wood and steel. Good times.

 

I'd be up for that. I missed it last year but would like to do it again if I have the date free. Thought about it yesterday as I drove past on 99 in my F250 on my way back from LA. (Yes, I just drove the '68 to LA and back.)

 

I did a search for it and didn't find anything yet. Maybe Jagred will have more information about it.

I am not shocked your truck went to LA, that is closer than Elko, NV. I doubt you were towing a truck and trailer either.

 

I had a little heavier load than I did on the Elko trip. Two-car trailer with two VW buses, around 10K lbs total between them and the trailer.
