'02 F150 Still Won't Start after engine swap

I am posting this again to see if there is anyone with new info...

I went from an 2002 4.6L to an 2003 5.4L engine and now the engine won't fire.

-Same PCM and Harness just a different engine.
-Truck cranks but won't fire up with the key.
-Truck WILL start by a push buttom starter connected to the starter relay with the key in the 'on' position.
-I had the PATS disabled by Bill @ PHP to eliminate the THEFT concern.
-Fuel pump works and the fuel rails have pressure.

Why will it start with the remote push button starter and not the key alone?

Interesting. Have you verified spark when you use the key to start it?

I have never done this and no expert but it sounds like something is disconnected somewhere between ignition switch and engine. Just a thought.

How would I go about verifying spark?

I wouldn't know where to start to look. Any ideas?

Your getting spark cuz you can start it with the remote. I agree you're losing something when you turn the key to the start position. If it was an older vehicle, I'd say your ignition switch was bad....
