wheel Spacers

Is it safe to use wheel spacers while pulling a 10K 5th wheel trailer?

I think more info is needed. The spacers themselves should be no problem but how much of a spacer are you using?

What size tire on what truck?

If think with a bit more info that will help.

All spacers are not alike. If you have 1" thick plain spacers and inadequate thread engagement on the lugs, then it is not safe. If you have a 1/4" plain spacer then it probably is safe. If you have a 2" thick wheel adaptor made of steel with it's own lugs, it probably is safe. As a rule, I go by the advice that wheel spacers are not safe until proven otherwise. "Proven" means an engineer did a load/strength analysis and it passed.

I've ran 2" spacers on my 1 ton for at least 7 years. Zero problems with them. Proper lug torque and just drive.
