Hi all,
I'm working on a 56 panel truck. The shifter will be on the floor, (auto). What makes, models, years are good steering column donors? Ideally, it would be a column without the shifter on it. ALL experiences and ideas are accepted and encourage. I know they sell new ones, but I'd like to find a used one that will fit...oh yes, it's got a MII suspension and power rack. I used a fatman crossmember with the MII suspension pieces bolted on. Thanks again,

With key/ignition switch in the column; any GM product floor shift (with tilt?) whatever length you need, (28”-32” ?) lots on eBay, some pretty cheap, olds, caddy, GM truck. Oh,get the keys too!

With no ignition in column (in dash) maybe older G series van (take auto shifter off) or hard to find but good (I hope) P series 4 speed parcel delivery vans, (1961-1980 ?) no shifter, no key.
