So, I finally got into the go-pedal with my PHP tunes and I was moving pretty good and I hear this *chirp, chirp* sound from the engine compartment. Was this turbo surge? It happened right around gear shifts and I was getting about 25lbs of boost or so. I could also feel the truck cut out a bit during the chirps.
