Not sure where it is on the 350 But the FPM on the f150 is under the spare tire on the x member If truck is used in area they use salt in winter the Module gets rotten and water will get in best way to check is take it off and see if its rotten any where on it.

fuel pump problems

hello , I had gottin water in my tank so i droped it and drained it then i put it back together and went to start it but noticed the pump wasnt turning on, whires are all fine form what i can tell.?Its a 2004 f150 5.4 new style

Found them at Orielys

Dorman makes the fuel pump driver module now their part number is 590-001.

is there anyway to tell if the issue is actually the drive module?Is there a way to test the FPDM?

Fast way is to pull it off if it has holes in it then its no good as water would have gotten in

Had this same issue with 06 F150 at my shop ,ask dealer to look up same part for expedition with same engine ,he had 4 instock cut off excess stud and mounted to crossmember in original position with same bolts problem solved!

Salvage Yards are a potential source, plenty of good ones on wrecked vehicles.
