well i drove it home yesterday, now the fun begins. overall it's alright, needs the typical things replaced, cab corners, front floors, and some drip rail work.i have to put an alternator in it, going to wire up a late 3g 130amp to it. it has a set of doors from an f150 on it so the data plate is missing. it's a 400, all stock, what a PIG! runs decent but will need a carb kit and fuel pump. here's a few pics
Nice...Does it have cruise and tilt? How about the explorer hood emblem. Are the door pouches still working. I have a pair for my 79 and wonder if sombody could rebuild them. Looks like a nice starting point. Have fun
What is that sun visor on the roof? I've never seen one like that before.
no idea, no names on it. it's fiberglass and seems to be well built though. don't know if i'm going to keep it on or not.

it has an aftermarket cruise kit on it but it's not hooked up, going to take it off and trash it. no tilt wheel, i'm going to search the junkyards for one. the map pockets are there but they sag a bit.
on a side note, i was cleaning out the interior and found a new headlight switch, set of king pin kits, a new headlight, and new rad hoses all in the boxes. and i also found $1.04 in change
