I don't care who you are! That's funny right there!

LMAO!!!

Ok Here is mine....I am the first on the left...then my LT's rig..and then one of the officer's. Down in Pueblo, CO getting ready for traffic control for the State Fair Parade... at least some of us...others were IN the parade.
Looks like a good beginning to a Ford truck commercial.

I'm 53 years old now and when I was a little kid my grandfather, my dad, and me went to New York to pick up an Arabian. My grandpap built a wooden type camper for the back of a 50's something Ford pick up, put the horse in it, and rode in the back all the way home. We live 10 miles southeast of Pittsburgh, PA. Best, CB

Oh I have seen it done like that and done it twice myself..but what is so damn funny is that horse prolly out weighs the truck! Doesn't even look like a full size pickup.

I have seen pics of horses in the back of a p/u before: don't know if it's illegal now (unless it's a full size enclosed box)

...keep the posting going: there gotta be more people on FTE pulling horses...

The so called "average" horse can be anywhere from 900 to 1500lbs. Depends on breed.

But in that photo.... Yea I would bet about 1200lbs.

I will try to dig up or take some pictures of my f250 with horse trailer. My contribution to this thread will be a post of the picture mentioned above. A link just does not do that photo justice.

I've got a picture of the truck:

And the trailer:

And the horse, the daughter, and the trailer:

Just not all in the same picture.

Heres my Truck and trailer. I could afford a new trailer, if I sold the horses

Only two picks I have at work:

I don't have any with the horses, truck and trailer together. I can work on getting some this weekend. For now just some of the beasts.
