And maybe find a dummy cluster that just has an oil light, take the "oil" light lens/cover/film/whatever its called and put it in place of the seatbelt light.

Not today but was this wknd, got the CV pretty much where I want it I think, making some spacers to make sure my side-side is even and then to start drilling n get this puppy mounted.then work on those damn rivets so I can replace a few body/shock mounts.

Finally welded in a floor panel patch in ol red, and then decided to cut out another piece of swiss cheese. Dang now I am out of welding wire...

1974 crew cab

Ordered new rear lift springs, muffler, exhaust tips, header high temp paint, engine gasket kit, porting and polishing kit, and a bunch of small stuff. And now i wait patiently on the front porch for delivery.

My favorite ignition!

I cleaned up my new cab a bit, it looks like I'm going to have to stuff it inside the garage for winter and completely strip it.

Put my factory 1/2 ton springs back in, but only after I put a wheel/tire combo from my 85 onto the front. Figured out my crappy idle problem (loose distributer bolt) and finally installed the 78 3/4 ton 2 piston calipers I've had in my garage for the last few months. Drove it around the block a few times to enjoy being able to stop very very well.

Now I need to finish installing my steering column and I can safely enjoy driving it around...
