Decided to cut half my exhaust out and make my own from scrap, even made my own 3.5" echo tip. This is what happens after I watch a big race on tv (Indy 500).

Worked on replacing the leaky timing chain cover. I have the new timing set, timing cover and harmonic balancer back on it but decided to call it a day. It also looks like I need to flush it out good.

The black specs are just old gaskets pieces but it still some nasty looking stuff.

The chain needed replacing. It had a lot of play in it.

Well, here it is. Brings out the cam a little, but it will get a full exhaust as soon as I save up money to rebuild my heads to do with it.

Not yet. I have them in the garage. I want to completely rebuild my heads before I do the exhaust. I think I have a bad valve that is driving me nuts. It makes more sense to me to take care of it all at once. But all that will be after I transfer from WA to CT.

Tell me about it. I found an auto transport co, EasyCarMove Inc, that will haul my truck for $725, instead of listening to my engine screaming for another gear at 70+mph all 3,100 miles there. Plus I will save on gas money. I will be piloting the wife's minivan with my three girls and her. Thank god for the dvd player that's in it.

Was planning to use the blue truck to take the the Bronco to the Sparta car show and watch Earthquake do it's thing! Blue truck still needs some work.....

We made the car show with the Bronco anyway and Earthquake sure did it's thing! Performance Inc put on a great car show.

Sounds like the needle and seat are stuck open or the floats aren't set right.
