Yep, cup holders by Britax for only around $300... kiddo wants to go everywhere with me so she needs a safe spot to ride.

 

$300 dollars is pocket change when it comes to the safety of your little ones.

 

I agree, that's why we have used top of the line seats since the beginning... back to our regular program...

 

Sorted out some ignition switch weirdness and leak checked the hydro assist steering. All good!

 

Can anybody guess what I'm doing?

Plowed snow. Haven't had much in my neck of the woods this year. Pretty happy "big red" as she is affectionately referred to at my house fire right up in the 10 degree weather.

 

Oil change, added power steering fluid, new air filter!

 

Wired up the light switch, temporarily reinstalled the dash, wired up the TS switch, checked some stuff. Victory barely outshone frustration. Everything worked, except my used TS switch isn't working right. Makes the clicker click once to the left, no light, and nothing to the right. Hazards work awesome though! No light other than one marker light works in the rear though. Also, had to figure out why the ignition switch was working perfectly when not installed in the dash, but was smoking and fussing when installed. Problem more or less solved on that.

 

what have i done to my truck today? i drove it for the first time in 3 weeks! that's right. after an 800 trip that i made as fast as is possible with only breaks for gas/bathroom and a nap.... i jumped right in my old truck and drove to town to eat out with my hubby. LOL.

and found out that it idles noticeably worse than it did when i left. :-/ still accelerates like a champ, tho. ^.^

 

New heater hoses, fixed shift linkage.

 

Well she got painted of the past 2 weekends. She is now rocking her 2016 colors.

 

WOW!! Great looking truck.

My front fenders are that color.

Today I swapped around some wires so now I have hazards front and rear, brake lights and running lights! No turn signals though...
