well actually I purchased a pair of metal pull cups and rubber visor caps AND a new visor clip on friday, from NPD, painted (rattle can) the cups and installed cups, cap ,and clip....on Saturday.... posted pics
today I just took it for a spin up the coast

 

temporarily installed the winch bumper i built .

 

While I was at it I used some double sided tape to mount a screen to my fresh air vent. Leaves got into the heater box last winter and started burning on the resistor wires.

 

Getting some small things done.

 

Lost my crappy worn light and washer ***** and like my new ones much better.

 

Removed mechanical pump and installed a new electric fuel pump! it runs alot better!!

 

Pulled the 460 today

Drilled the holes to mount the bolt-on receiver to my bumper... in the process the drill bit caught and the drill came around and smacked me in the chin... didn't think it was too bad, but kept bleeding so I finally went in to check it out. Pretty bad gash so an hour's drive to the ER, an hour waiting, 45 minutes getting 4 stitches, and an hour back home.

Hopefully get some grade 8 hardware to mount the hitch this week and I will be ready to pull...

 

Got my box cut down to fit today

 

Prepped the truck for bed removal, cut the bolts and, with the help of my engine hoist, got the bed off. Now I can get to replacing the rusty floor.

 

Not exactly do anything to her today, but what I got for her. Finally got me a Marti report, And nothing really jumps out at me for being surprising, but the last option. It has to be a typo right?

 

Did more bodywork when the rain let up. Going slow.

1- new tools box
2- new Kenwood stereo
3- Dual Battery
4- under hood light

 

Grade 8 hardware to mount receiver hitch, replaced driver's side grille insert, and installed a tow hook up front (bound to get stuck at some point)... fresh snow makes for nice picture opportunity...
