I'm looking for a 300 ci Ford 6 cyl. Needs to be a runner, but nothing fancy.
Also looking for a 67-68 short bed pickup for a friend. No engine required ( I sold him a nice small block) Sheetmetal does not have to be straight, I've got lots of sheetmetal............
If we can't find a complete pickup I'd settle for a short bed alone. I could sell him one of my longbeds, and shorten up the frame.
Let me know what you can find!

Nice clean truck! It would be a shame to do what he wants with such a nice stock truck tho.................
He wants me to add IFS, a sweet 302 and C-6, and lower the rear.
What I'm really looking for is maybe someones half-finished project, or one that doesn't run, missing parts etc.
If I didn't have so many now, I think long and hard about buying that one.........................
I did call him, and sent him the link, maybe he will buy it. Thanks for posting the link!

It did look like a good truck at a fair price. If he decides to go with that one and part out what he doesn't need, I'm looking to replace the whining 3 sp in my 65. I have some new parts for 68-72 that I have for sale, like a smoked sliding rear window, armrests, and headlight bezels for 70-72. Might trade some of that for a non whining 3 sp for FE.
There was another around that year posted in Prineville last fall that was a SWB with no or dead motor. Maybe Allen knows about it?
Hey Don I may have just the truck for you. I am storing a 67... might be a 68 for guy, has a 302 already in it but it spun main, still runs but I wouldn't drive it or rev it. Body is pretty straight, white and blue and has a canopy. Last I heard he wanted $600 for it. I can take pics tomorrow and verify price if your interested.

Sounds good Ozz. Is it a shortbox? If you would take some pics I would appreciate it. We just might buy it.

Works for me! I'm going to put a 300-6 in my 67 shortbox. It has a 460 in it now and I don't let anybody else drive it ( The damn thing is scary..).
It will go to the wife. She says I "owe" her one since I sold her last one.
Darn woman anyway....................
