muffler question

hey guys, i have a 96 f150 2wd excab. my buddy had an 06 f 150 4x4 4 door and he had a great sounding muffler on it. well he totaled the truck and pull the muffler. will that muffler fit my truck. i hope so if it does i can have it for free

Do your own footwork. Measure the inlet and outlet diameters of the muffler and measure your pipe. It should be incredibly obvious if it will fit or not.

How could we POSSIBLY know what your buddy had on his truck?
