the other side is just as clean no rust the motor is 2.3l turbo mitsubishi 1985-87. . sry ill have to take more pictures i dont have any of the engine bay. they say the 4x4 is pretty rare. theres just no information on it wheres the category for ranger diesel on this site lol.

hahaha man that turbo is so little, I think it is smaller then the one off my old lebaron even.

Thats cool, is there any aftermarket support for these trucks? Is it possible to upgrade the turbo? That would be cool to make it a little power house!

I wonder if that is the same Mitsi that Dodge had in their little Ram 50 pick ups ... That was a nice little motor ... Even non-turbo ...

Yea same motor block just different externals sounds mean when the baby turbo spools

That is awesome.I have only seen one other one.My auto shop teacher in high school had a 2wd one he had for mileage.That was in 95.

They should let us have them here.South America has had diesel rangers for years.Epa kills it for us I guess.

EPA is a bunch of bs. like the smoke from a diesel in mexico knows not to cross the border line into america. diesels get double mileage usually for about the same as petrol but petrol is where all the moneys is at(more fill ups) and your epa knows this and this is why we have no diesel.

thanks man just got it registered. before i start driving it daily im going to get a new timing belt and a valve lash done to it. i wonder if ford still services older cars like this?
