Removing a bed

Last weekend i went to remove a bed from the junk yard for my truck and found that i could only get one nut off. The bolt that holds it down will spin and there no way to get to the top of the bolt to hold it while i turn. Is there any other way to get this off besides hauling up a generator and grinding the nuts off?

Sure, an acetylene torch.

Carriage bolts are a pain that way.

Cordless drill and Vicegrips? Have someone underneath holding the nut while you drill the head off.
