Air Filter for a 4.9L F150

I been looking around for different filter that maybe will help my truck out, i saw a K/N filter

RF-1012 - K&N Universal Air Filters, Universal Air Filter

I read that it goes up like 9 more horesepower, and gives a little better MPG, has any one got a filter for your 1994 4.9L 300i and it made a difference??

thanks

Well, read the fine print- the dyno test is + or - 5% plus other environmental factors. Check out online air filter test and you will really be surprised by the results- especially post filter air flow patterns.
