OK, we've got a few hundred miles before 36K and was hoping for some ideas of things I may not have considered for the dealer to 'fix' before the B to B expires. The only problems that we had was that the rear passenger window would struggle going up-fixed by greasing/cleaning the track; and door handle in back broke off- fixed by replacing it. Other than oil changes, thing runs like a champ. Anything else I should have looked at??
Roll all the windows down 3-8" and grab the window and pull/push them outward/inward slightly. Hear a clicking/popping noise? If so, it's the window regulators which are cheap on these. Check your roof for paint peeling, rust, etc.

Excellent points. Especially check for paint defects in your rain gutters on the roof.
On the '03 gen trucks, the rear a/c fan units are a known issue. They click when they fail. These trucks are fantastic and they do have the quirks but don't spend too much creating a "to do" list for the dealer.
Also, keep in mind that if you have an issue before your warranty expires and the dealer can't duplicate the symptoms, the case stays open for a ??? period of time after the warranty expires.
