Great score.

You could paint it with the can of bed liner sold in the auto parts store instead of rattle can now and bed liner later.

considering your truck is a HD edition i think you should have it prepped and painted to match the truck..

having that bumper linex'd flat black or something wont suit teh rest of your truck at all..

its a mean looking bumper thou..

$400? I would only pay $200 at the most in that condition, but it is cool that you will be restoring it yourself, so you save on that expense.

well, maybe to you thats not a good deal but i have been looking since 2008 for a deal on a bumper and to me if i paint it to match my truck the most i will have invested in the whole thing is 500.00 and that includes the purchase price. SO u do the math. these bumpers are usually around $2000 and up.

You cant even find a used ranch hand brush guard for 200.00 much less a steel bumper.

I know. The prices for this stuff is insane. Post pics once you get it fixed and mounted.

i definately will. Yeah its crazy i seen one winch bumper for near $4000.
It will be a little while before it is complete but i will keep pics posted as i go. Going to take my time with it but between work and school it is hard to finish quickly. It willl all be worth it in the end though.
I will be mounting it to see about fitment issues so that if there are any i can work them out b4 painting .

Promised i would you updated........I mounted it today. I am going to drill two more holes on the top of the bumper/frame supports so that it will sit level and flush on the truck. Im not the type of person to do something half *** so i am not starting now. I do not want any gaps between the lights/bumper. My buddy owns a welding and machine shop so we will have all the kinks(if any) done monday. It was just leaning on it in this picture(NOT BOLTED) but this will give you guys an idea of how she will look. I am going to get it all complete as of monday and primer the bumper black. I still have some more prepping to do.

It will be a little while longer on ainting or line-X. It will look just fine primer till i decide exactly what i want to do. ANyways. It looks great in person.

The bumper looks really aggressive on there- I like it.
For my personal tastes, I might consider removing the tubular grill guard part of the bumper to give the front end a little cleaner and less in-your-face look.

Good find!
