power services vs. diesel kleen

was reading up on the diesel kleen thread and though i'd ask a stupid question in a separate thread...

what is the difference between diesel kleen and power services regular stuff? I mean i know that diesel kleen "cleans" the fuel and up the cetane rating but why use one over the other? If i'm using just diesel kleen is there a benefit to adding the regular (white bottle) with it or should I not be using diesel kleen and using the regular kind??? Im so confused. I have both and have used both before with no notable difference. I may not have added "enough" since I do measure it to a T when I fill up. I know some of yous guys just dump it in

Also, the regular stuff claims to help prevent fuel gelling yet the diesel kleen doesnt.

its all basically the same. the Grey is more of a summer version and the white being the winter version with the addition of the anti-gel agents. like you said ive run both and cant tell a differnce. im in viginia beach and temps never get below 25 at the most during the night so i just use the grey bottle all year. i just dump it in tilll i think its good.

white bottle and grey bottle are pretty much the same thing but the white one prevents gelling and not quite as much cetane rating.

I am a fan of Power Service. But its all the same to me from looking at them. But I run white in winter Gray in summer. and a whole bottle to one full tank is a good boost lol.

I run the white in Winter & silver in Summer. I get the bigger (80 oz?) bottle & measure it out at the pump. Don't notice difference in mileage between the two but I used the silver in winter last yr and noticed a little harder starts in the really cold mornings. Minor gelling? IDK.

Yeah the silver/grey doesn't have a antigelling chemical in it, like the white. I know that much.
