Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid problems

Anyone here had to replace this? What is involved? My tranny is acting up and this is what the code was when it was checked with the OBD II. Thanks.
1996 F-250 Extended Cab, 2WD, 460 EFI, E4OD 4 Sp Auto, Mobil 1 Lubricants, WIX Filters, no other mods at this time.
