49 F5 w/Flip on the Bay

Nice looking 49 F5 short wheelbase on Ebay with a flip front end. Havi, in another post you were wondering what look I was going for. This would be it, with the longer 158 w/b vs the 134. Difference in w/b will be filled in with a 24" sleeper tucked in behind the cab. And I'll run matching lock rings all 4 corners. It's even got the period bumper paint scheme I've sketched out.

EVEN cooler, the guy used a "split-system" power brake system!

They did an awesome job on that truck! Has all of the modern features of a big truck, but still retain the '49 style.

Don't think I've seen a flip front end on a big truck. It sure is nice!

That's a beautiful truck!

I wonder where they got the fiberglass front-end with the larger wheel openings?
