There's this place a buddy of mine showed me SW of Waco -- they have this thing called a "Budreau Burger". It's a 1/2 lb burger with a slab of brisket on top. Man, that's tough to beat...

EDIT: It's a little store that serves food. NE corner of Hwy 6 & Speegleville Rd...

I hear they're choppering snow into Vancouver for the Olympics. Ironic that Dallas gets a good dumping, and they have to fly it in to Canada.

A-lot of us hate this snow, but all i can say is its helping my company out a-lot. I work for Alban Tractor, and we have never had so many machines be sold and rented out in just days. We were so busy we ran out of all skid steers, most wheel loaders, and even track loaders. People from company's just coming in and wanting to buy a machine on the spot with cash?? I mean..Damn....they really want some machines. Never have I also seen a track 963c loader out on the highways pushing snow. So whats that tell ya? Too much snow! Hey good news is we can expect to see more Sunday into Monday.....

Thats about how much snow we got although I think a little more, my 6 year old was crawling across the snow, managed to stand up on snow mound and jumped feet first, all I seen was to top of his hat. I got some pics I'll post up later. Didn't get the hat pic but will tomorrow.

2ft drifts are getting tricky. I know a girl that flipper her dads crew f150 on a highway from hitting a decent drift.

Don't go over 40mph or so. (but I would... )

If it's a small narrow drift you should'nt have any issues. If its drift after drift, after drift....I'd bet you'll be looking for a tow job.

Some of those things are weird. I was driving, and hit a million fluffy ones, then I suddenly hit a hard one and it was about 18" high and tires only pressed 4" into it; hard SOB.

Broke the single calendar day snowfall record for North Texas today, and I think I got more than the big city. The most snow in one day in here, ........ ever. Somebody go find Parkland and tell him to give my my global warming back.
