Unhappy Keep replacing IPR, still no luck

I have a few 6.0 ford trucks I have either rebuilt the engine on or replaced oil cooler, hpop, egr cooler, and just about everything else including the IPR.

Trucks will start up and run great for a while (1/2 hr on one, up to a week on another) and then will die and not restart....even when cold and oil thick. I pulled the IPR out on both and both of them had the screen sucked almost all the way in.....i have gone through 3 new ones on each truck. I have replaced the hpop on both, all injectors, oil coolers, oil screens, all hp oil o-rings, egr coolers, rings, bearings, pistons, and just about everything else......why do these dang IPR's keep getting wiped out??? HELP!
