"Customer Access Circuits"?

"Customer Access Circuits"?
I am getting ready to install my gauge set and found some wires in the engine bay that are marked ""Customer Access Circuits" There are 4-5 wire leads that go back into the main harness. Sticker also says see the manual for more info, but I didn't get one with the truck. Does anyone have any ideas on what each is for? Hoping that red is constant 12V, black is ground and another is a switched power. Sure would make wiring the gauges a lot easier than hunting through the fuse box looking for suitable places to put an add-a-circuit. I didn't come up with anything in this forum with a search, so figured I would start a thread. Any insight would be cool. Thanks!

These are simply four wires that go from where you see them, pass through the firewall, and are available under the instrument panel. If you take down the access panel in front of the driver's knees, up on the right side you will find the other ends.
Nothing special, just a clean, easy way to get four wires through the firewall. Use them for what you want to.
