Smile 76 f10 fuel tanks

i have a 76 150 4 wheel drive w/2 tanks. which one is the main and auxuilary? also is there such a thing as a 150 camper special? thanks!

I think it depends on where your tanks are located. If one tank is behind the seat and the other is above the spare tire then the one behind the seat is considered the main while the one over the spare is the aux. If, on the other hand your have one over the spare and one under the center of the truck between the frame rails then the one over the spare is the main and the one mid-ship is the aux. Then again if you're talking about my truck, I took the tank out of the cab, mounted a later model 17 gal. tank mid-ship and used the harness from the original tank so my mid-ship is my main and the one over the spare is still my aux. There now, that should make it about as clear as mud. I believe the camper special only came in the 250/350 class.
