Light Force Lights

I just installed a set of Light Force lights on my bull bar this weekend and they work great! Now my question is, has anyone had any experience with these and the Filter covers u can get? What do the filter covers actually do? Give me a wider beam??? Thanks for your inputs.

Filters usually remove some colors of light. Such as a red filter produces only red light, UV should restrict all but UV light which would be cool for night vision but not naked eyes. Blue filters would show only blue light and so on and so forth.

A fun fact, you eyes have more Green receptors meaning we see more colors of green more sharply than any other color. We have the fewest of red, which gives the effect of red lights don't reduce our night vision as drastically as Blue or Green.

They can also be used to create different light patterns.

Yellow: reduces glare in foggy, rainy or dusty conditions.
Amber: reduces glare in foggy, rainy or dusty conditions.
Blue: Ideal for snow or heavy rain
Crystal blue: Increases clarity and customizes color rendition to "blue white"
The other filters do: spot configuration, combo configuration, wide configuration, dispersion configuration.
