'69 Ranchero GT

Just got a '69 Ranchero GT, S-code 390/auto, buckets/ console, AC, nice Hookers & duals, 4K on rebuilt original engine, 2K on trans, Magnum 500's, and has the ram-air type hood with cutouts, but with a blocked scoop, as it should be. It's actually pretty straight, vinyl top isn't bad, dash pad pretty good, wood grain AC dash. Should be dragging it home Sunday

My first driver was a '69 Ranchero GT red w/black vinyl top and factory tonneau 302-2V. Later I bought a '68 GT w/390. I just love'em. Check the floorboards behind the seat - that's the most common rot area.
A restoration shop near here has a '69 428CJ/C6 Ranchero GT 1 of 1 for sale mint restored. If I had the $45K asking price I'd nab it.
Pics of your truck would be cool!

She needs a little work, but basically straight & solid. 390 is fresh at .030, and I just happen to have a new set of .030 410 pistons and a few 428 cranks, so it might become a 416, as the heads were already taken off by the PO. Nice set of Magnum 500's and new T/A's
