does a 96 f250 7.3 diesel come factory with electric brake wiring installment

Welcome to FTE cockey250 !!! I have never heard of that before. Maybe some kind of brake hook up for a trailer, I don't know. I do know you will find the answer here!
OT, where exactly is middle of nowhere md?

on the F150 and 250 only if it came with the trailer towing package in my experience. Those were the only ones I ever saw the harness in the glove box on when I was doing the PDI on new ones. All the F350's came with it.
Some trucks that didn't have the tow package also came with the plug but I think it was the way the dealers ordered them.

Some of the trucks came with a trailer brake harness in the glove box , mine did, the controller plugs into the system, under the dash , right below the radio...

THAT is and always has been the middle of nowhere. Pretty country though.
