Camping GTG

Hello everyone, kind of stumbbled upon this thread by accident, but what you are planning sounds like fun. I am fairly new to this site and forgot about the state threads. I do not know if I would be allowed as everyone going has a Power Stroke. I may be in, but not sure yet if I can.
I know you are looking at Clear Water area do to it being on 94, but there are pretty descent campgrounds only 10 miles south on and near some pretty descent lakes.
One is a county park on Cedar lake (Wright County » Parks » Park Information) the other is a private one, Olsons-campground. I have checked out Schroeder campground in person and it is pretty good. Cedar lake is 837 acres. Just a though if we have anyone wanting to fish.
I triple tow my 17' Lund boat behind my 5er, so if anyone wants to fish, I am in.
Thanks

Since I do not have a Power Stroke, for everyone here is what I drive and a little about me. I grew up a Chevy guy, in fact still have two, then became a Dodge guy, and now have a 2002 Ford F350 super cab long box with the V10. I tow a 2007 30' Wildcat 5er and pull my 17' Lund behind it. I live near Buffalo.
I have owned all three trucks, and have to say they all have positives. The only negative I have about my Ford is the turning radius.

Hey Skattracker your setup sounds pretty nice. Hope you can make it to the camping gtg. If ya think you are in then send a pm to Tom(mndiesel) as he is setting up the reservations. By the way whats your name, we like to be on first name basis if we can.

Sounds good Jay, Depending on work schedules, I would like to make as many as I can, being they are close. Anywhere in MN seems close to me. Currently planning an April trip to the Grand Canyon. A couple hundred miles on flat MN roads seems like a cake walk compared to the mountain passes, except you would not know what that is like since you have a DSL. Probably does not even slow you down when you hit a pass.
