I have a 2006 F150 crew cab and need to find the air bag module. It's not behind the rear seat, haven't seen it at either kick panel. Ford parts is no help at all. Anyone have any ideas???? All help would be greatly appreciated!!

The airbag (SRS) supplemental restraint system is controlled by the Restraints Control module (RCM) which is mounted on the center tunnel, between the seats. Use caution when working in or around ths SRS. If in doubt take it to a certified technician.

If your planning on replacing it, you're going to have to take it to a dealership anyways. They have to do a PMI and transfer the old data onto the new module or it will set your airbag light.
