casting numbers

well i was hoping someone on here had better knowledge than i do. when i picked up the intake for the ghost (79 f100) i was told it was a 302. been trying to sell it as a 460 intake but now im not so sure. the casting numbers are c5ae9425c. any help would be appriciated. im tired of it hanging around im my garage since we are trying to buy the new house. Thanks in advance!!

sounds like a FE intake,i'd say 352,C5 is 65 year

thanks randy, it sounds like a far off cry from a 460 lol you need one????

If it weighs 10,000 lbs it's an FE Intake

yea george its a heavy piece of scrap metal as far as im concerned, unless someone wants it

If the valve covers seal to it, then it is an FE.
