went to start my 2004 f250 and nothing happend. new battery put in and still nothing. i have power goin to the altnater and the starter and the fan but nothing goin into the fuse box. i unpluged the computer and poked the tester into the ports and coulndt find power. any ideas would greatly help.

 

Did you check any under hood fuses and relays? If you have at least a chilton manual it will have the wiring diagram in it. You should have constant 12V going into the ignition switch under the dash but I'm not sure if it goes through the fuse block first. It probably does.
