Not much is up. Building inspection today showed some bad seals and some rotted beams in the basement. Going to cost about $4500. So now I'm waiting for the seller to decide to either fix it or take it off the price of the house.

Hello, been a busy weekend.
Well the seller will fix the sills, beams and chimney. YAY!!! LOL
Septic also passed.
Waiting on water and air quality.
