Well the leach field will not support our needs. It is at the end of its life as the inspector put it. We have asked the seller to fix or replace it. Hopefully he will.
Justin...sorry to hear that...if the seller is motivated...they'll replace it. After all...if you back out of the deal...they'll have to deal with it when the next buyer comes along.

Hey Justin! Sometimes seller is motivated to sell and will either fix it or give you a credit to do it after closing, unless it's part of the inspectors report to the financial institute, then it might have to be done before closing, each states laws are different.
