Fuel Return Line Kits (and viton o-rings)

Hi Folks,

First thing first... truck is an 86 f250 6.9 and I'm starting to think about doing up the return lines....

1) Any suggestions on a particular brand to get or stay away from?

2) I found a link (below)for viton o-rings that say 1983-94 7.3 IDI... I'm assuming that they just aren't specifying between the 6.9 and the 7.3. Has anyone ordered these for use on a 6.9? Also, is there any different in o-rings between the 6.9 and 7.3?

Replacement O-rings for Ford Diesel Engines

I'm in Canada so Canadian suppliers are definitely preferred (if available online) just to avoid potential issues at the border but any advise at all is certainly appreciated. I love this place!

I used a kit that NAPA sells and it was pretty good. It was 10x Higher quality then what was on there when I got it and designed better with less places for leaks as well.

You can get the viton o-rings thru mcmaster carr cheaper, way cheaper. They come in a bag of 50. I believe that they are no.111 (size of the o-ring). If you do a search on this forum you find a thread about it. I can look in the book tomarrow and ge tthe current price for these if you want.

Man star I didn't even know they had a website lol. At work all I have access to is the book in my desk/extra work bench. I always look it up in the book and take it to our purchaseing guy and he calls it in. We have a mcmaster order go in everyday at 3:30. Miss that time and you have to wait till the next day. Been trying to get Bill our purchaseing guy to sneek in some o-rings for me but they have cracked down on buying stuuf and the boss has to approve all items.
