Question best clutch for snow plow?

One of our volunteer drivers burned up our clutch.
I'm looking for a better clutch that can handle the abuse. I'm thinking a light duty clutch is just asking for trouble.
Someone said a Kevlar clutch will resist heat from slipping the clutch
(I suspect that was the cause of the failure the last time).

What do you guys use and what do you recommend?

Take a look at Center Force dual friction.

Borg Warner has the copper disk with Kevlar friction pad's. That's what I'm running. Other than the "hiss" sound when taking off, it is awsome. Dump the clutch pedal, it can handle front\rear posi-traction torque without slipping. After 4 years of running one, I replaced the PP and clutch last September. The pad's on the old clutch plate looked about the same height as the ones on the new clutch. We were impresed.

another option is a ceramic clutch. thats what a lot of big rigs use and they wear forever. on top of that, once engaged, they dont slip, so if somethin binds, youre either gonna kill the motor or break somethin. they dont take launch dumps real well either, like if you went to the track and dumped it out, you could crack the friction pads. but i dont think that usin it in a plow truck would put it at risk for that. lol.
