Angry still having issues

Ok, I have been having some issues with my speedometer jumping pretty bad, my cruise won't stay set and pulses pretty bad, and my abs light comes on. I changed the vss in the differential, and now the problem seems to have gotten worse. Any other ideas? I appreciate the input ya'll.

Also check the wiring from the sensor as well as the pins on the plug. Wiring can get chafed and cause these problems. Hope this helps.

Is the mounting surface for the VSS clean?(no rust) Have you looked very carefully at the wiring leading to the rear end?.. Was the replacement VSS from Ford?...

I got it from o'rielly. I think I will get a motorcraft one this time. They are considering it an abs sensor though. Is this the same as a vss on our trucks or???? Thanks for the help!!!

i thought the RABS could cause an issue with the cruise and speedo jumping??? would explain the ABS light perhaps. i'm not sure though b/c i have never had this problem.

William, go hit yourself with a hammer.
