Does that mean we can vote for him again?
Today, I got an all cash offer for my Florida house. $130K. Clean deal with no contingencies and a five day close. The quick close is a problem for me because I have to have time to deal with all the personal property in the house. So, we have to hash out some details before I accept the offer, but it looks like it's sold without going to auction. Not as much as I had hoped for, (is it ever?) but after talking to some of the neighbors there I don't think that I could expect more at this time, in this market. So I'm just waiting for my guy to get a cleaned up, final version of the offer printed and a statement from the escrow officer breaking down all the costs... who pays what etc.
Where's my Tums?

"Red sky at night, sailors' delight, red sky in the morning, sailors take warning."
I don't know if that means anything really, but it sounds like a good thing to say when someone mentions red sun or red sky.............. hehe.
No wind to speak of this morning, and we have sunshine!

I am currently on the Internet Brands Mustang forum website and came across a thread that I think needs to be shared. It is an example of why you should not take your vehicle beyond you abilities or the cars.
