ARE LS 11 Tonneau cover removal Help Please

My 07 Harley came with a beautifully colour matched ARE tonneau cover, occasionally I would like to remove it to carry bulky items. Question; do I remove the whole thing with the frame or can the lid be removed on its own? I have done a couple of searches but cannot find specific details for ARE lids, so would appreciate any suggestions from owners with this tonneau.

My ARE cover has 2 pull handles at the front inside to release the front hinge to lift it off. Don't know about the model. Check it out.
