6.0 vs 6.4 vs 6.7

ok... I've been considering a new truck but am not sure whether to wait for the new 6.7 or go with the current 6.4 which I've heard is not as good as the 6.0..... My 03 6.0PSD is at 190k and probably needs to be retired to being just a farm truck and I really do need something that is a bit more reliable with the amount driving that I do (900 - 1000 miles per week). Does anyone have an opinion on the new 6.7 Ford motor as compared to the current 6.4? Difficult I know as the 6.7 is not out yet.

Thanks-

Im not wiled about the failers of the 6.4 or the fail rate. both are high. The cost of repair is also higher.
Im a ford tech and own a 6.0 and am happy with it.
I waiting on the 6.7 class to make any real type of comments.

For me, it would be a "no brainer". Wait for the 6.7L. I would probably even wait for the second year production.

While the 6.0 has its issues it can be driven with most ailments... The 6.4 cannot... Hopefully the 6.7 will not be more finiky

The 6.7 has been more thought out on the design board than the last 3 generations combined, I have little doubt that it will be a phenominal engine. It may have a few hickups in the first few months but I dont think it will be anything major. All the hard lessons have learned on the last 2.
