F-250 Dana 44 full-time front axle

I have a dana 44 full-time front axle under a '77 F-250. I want to convert it to manual hubs. How difficult and expensive will this be? Also what year F-250s did these come?

Thanks

The change from full-time to manual hubs is pretty easy, but you will need to put a part time kit in the transfer case or it will go bad very quickly (from experience). Milemarker makes a conversion kit with the hubs.
