Problem solved
Thanks, Lime1GT, for your reply. I've solved my problem since I've posted, and that is to wiggle and pull on all the fuses until the truck started. Seriously. It's a connection problem and not a bad fuse or relay. The truck has run fine for six months now. Strange, I know.
