Ram's Head Covered

I finally found a good way to cover up the Ram's Head Logo on my Dodge center covers. These are the stock steelies off of my 07 Ram. They fit on my '60 Ford, so I've been running them, all the while thinking of an acceptable-looking way to change the Dodge logo to Ford. I found these Grant horn buttons at Checker last week. Used a 2" hole saw and...

...popped the horn button out of its metal ring and snapped it into the hole in the center of the Dodge cap, siliconed the back side and...no more Ram's head!

Great job! I love the stance of your truck, too. What kind of tires are those?

Thanks...the tires are 255/75/17 BFG Mud Terrains that I was going to put on a Jeep project. When I bought the truck, the front leafs were sagging so badly that they were just about flat. I took the truck to a local spring shop and told them I wanted the front to sit level with the rear. This required arching new leafs and raising the front 3 inches, that's why its stance looks more like a 4wd(it is 2wd), especially with the aggressive tread tires that stand about 32 inches tall. I've always liked trucks that sit up a lttle higher and I'm happy with this setup. These tires are tall, but they aren't very wide and the truck steers great with them.

I think that truck looks absolutely amazing. Excellent way to remove the Dodge curse from your wheels, as well.

The tires and stance really make it. It's friggin' awesome.
