Alright so i have decided i am very indecisive.... I have decided which lift kit, and which tires i am going with, and i thought i was going to go with the black dually rockstars, i did some searching and found these pictures on a different forum this morning:

That truck is basically exactly what i am doing to mine. The tough decision i am having to make is to go with black or chrome rims, i really like the black rims, but after finding those pictures i am not sure how they are going to look with the chrome grille, chrome front and rear bumber, chrome exhaust tip, and chrome nerf bars..... What do you guys think... Chrome or Black rims???

I voted for the black ones, but after looking at that truck I think your right about the chrome.

 

Both are nice looking.I vote for the black.I guess it depends on how often you are going to polish the chrome and keep them clean?

 

I voted chrome because of the other chrome accessories. The black just didn't jump out at me.

I voted chrome. Like you said, you already have alot of chrome and it might look a little weird with black wheels. The black do look good though. Have you thought about removing some of the chrome from your truck to make way for black wheels?

 

I'm very partial to black wheels, but on your dually with all the chrome.........Got to go with the Big Rig look! I would.

 

i voted chrome but u knew that
i just think that the chrome will POP more and the black might fall into the body color
i think if they were bigger the black might pop better

 

my only problem with chrome is that they just dont last. I have had lots of problem with chrome. The only wheels I will buy in the future will be polished.

 

Another vote for Chrome, the blacks nice but with your truck having all the chrome accents, it will look nice.

 

I went for black. I love black powder coated aluminum wheels. Would 1) be harder to tell they were dirty then chrome, 2) chrome peels/pits. Powder coating can peel aswell, but If done properly, should be more durable. Atleast thats what my powder coater says

Then you can blackout the rest of the truck lol
